End User Terms of Use

As noted in the policy below, the English language version of the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use governs your relationship with Bible Break. Automatic translation tools like Google Translate may be used for convenience. Any future translation updates will be posted on this page.

Acceptance of these Terms

By using Bible Break sites, services, and mobile applications (together, “Bible Break”), whether as a guest or a registered user, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully, as well as the Bible Break Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use Bible Break.

Changes to the Terms

Bible Break is offered by Code By Cutting, Inc. (“Code By Cutting”, “we” or “us”). We may revise and update these Terms at our sole discretion. Any changes are effective when posted, and continued use of Bible Break after revisions means you accept the updated Terms.

Where we provide a translation other than English, the English-language version controls. If there is any contradiction between translations, the English-language version takes precedence.

Changes to Bible Break

While we hope to always offer Bible Break and all of its features, we reserve the right to change or discontinue Bible Break or any portion of it without notice. We are not liable if any part of Bible Break is unavailable at any time.

Information About You and Your Access

All information we collect on or through Bible Break is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using Bible Break, you consent to all actions taken by us in compliance with that policy.

Permitted and Unpermitted Use

You may use Bible Break for your personal, non-commercial use or the internal use of your non-profit religious organization. All other rights are reserved by Code By Cutting. You agree you are not permitted to use Bible Break:

• to impersonate Code By Cutting, another company, or any person;
• to engage in conduct that may harm Code By Cutting or Bible Break users;
• in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair Bible Break;
• to use automated tools (robots, spiders, etc.) to access Bible Break;
• to introduce viruses or other harmful code;
• to attempt unauthorized access to any part of Bible Break;
• to attack Bible Break via denial-of-service; or
• to interfere with the proper working of Bible Break.

You also agree not to send or upload any material that:

• is defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• promotes sexual content, violence, or discrimination;
• infringes intellectual property rights;
• violates privacy or publicity rights;
• promotes illegal activity;
• involves commercial activities like contests or advertising; or
• implies endorsement by Code By Cutting without written permission.

Monitoring and Enforcement

We may take any action we deem necessary regarding accounts or User Contributions that violate these Terms, threaten safety, or damage our goodwill. We may refer matters to law enforcement and terminate or suspend access for any reason.

We may cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities. YOU WAIVE AND HOLD HARMLESS CODE BY CUTTING, INC. and its service providers from claims resulting from actions taken during investigations.

Your Reliance on Information

Information provided through Bible Break is for general informational purposes only. Translations may be inaccurate. We do not warrant completeness or accuracy, and reliance on such information is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property Rights

Bible Break and all related content, software, design, and materials are owned by Code By Cutting, Inc., its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Logos and Designs

The Bible Break name and logo, the Code By Cutting name and logo, the App Icon logo, and all related names and designs are trademarks of Code By Cutting, Inc. You may not use them without prior written permission. All other names and logos appearing within Bible Break belong to their respective owners.

Limitation on Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL CODE BY CUTTING, INC., ITS LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF BIBLE BREAK, INCLUDING INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits may apply.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Code By Cutting, Inc. and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of Bible Break.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All disputes related to Bible Break or these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Legal actions must be brought exclusively in the courts located in Austin, Texas.

Waiver and Severability

Code By Cutting may only waive its rights in writing. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Code By Cutting, Inc. regarding Bible Break.
